Me: 1 LNS: 0 So far so good! I've noticed staying properly hydrated helps, sometimes people confuse thirst for hunger. A cold glass of water or iced/hot tea keeps you well watered and puts something in the belly!

Count me in! For now I will go with 30+ min. a day of whatever form of exercise, whether walk or jog, or gym, etc. Optimistic about the new year and utilizing the MFP forums for the first time. Feel free to add me and keep me honest! :) Good luck everyone

What a great group, I'm prone to the endless snacking while parked in front of netflix on restless nights. Hopefully this will kick me back in to self discipline! For now the goal is to -Not eat past 8:30 5/7 days of week. Good luck everyone, stay strong
