Not sure how to add on here, started my new regime 3 weeks now. Starting to fall into place however need to stay on track. Currently going to gym 6 days a week with the 5.2 diet. Hopefully to lose a stone for summer so I won't be fat and forty

Well done for making the move. I just rejoined after relapsing for three months, after three weeks am loving it. Lost 4ib and need to be a stone lighter by summer. Feel free to add me x
