In the beginning I did not count calories and lost 20 pounds. Then I stopped losing weight for a while. I restricted myself to 1200 calories. I did lose about 4 lbs but that was it. So I started to eat 1300 calories and lost 6 pounds. I'm going to continue both counting carbs and calories but will modify as I go.

My main goal is to get to 160. I am currently 204. Fit into my old wardrobe. Feel great health wise. SW:230 CW:204 GW:160
