I will add you! Great timing! I have a similar dilemma of weight gain with some great stressors. I have been for most of the last 15 years, but the last two have found me on a roller coaster. Time to get the fitness and diet back to some good habits and the rest will surely fall back in step! Let's do it!

I'll join! I also need accountability. I need to lose 15. I eat mainly health-conscious whole foods, very few grains. I have been very active until about 2014 when my life hit some havoc. I NEED to get myself back. Back in the workout habit most of all!
