  • Daily post, Friday, November 30 Tracking. Yes Calories. Just barely Exercise. If Christmas shopping counts — yes! I will get straightened out here! Coming into my hardest time of year when I have gained 10 pounds between Christmas and January! I do not plan on repeating that!

Y the end of the year, which would be around 7 more pounds! I think it’s doable since is maintained this week so hopefully will survive the next holiday too! 🤞
