Username: Stimpy56 Weigh-In Day: Thursday PW: 243.5 CW: 243.5 While I did not loos any weight this week, I did loose 1/2 an inch off my waist. My pants are feeling loose and I can almost use the next hole on my belt comfortably. I will take loosing inches over pounds any day. Stay Positive and Stay Motivated.

Username: Stimpy56 Weigh-In Day: Thursday PW: 244.5 CW: 243.5 I am feeling so much better this week and was able to reach my goal. I set a goal each week to loose 1 pound per week. If I keep my loss to 1 lb. per week I can achieve my desired weight by the end of the year.

Username: Stimpy56 Weigh-In Day: Thursday PW: 245.0 CW: 244.5 I will take it since I have not been in the gym all week with Sinus infection. Had to go to the doctor to get a shot and meds as I was feeling bad. Now I am on the mend and ready to get back at it.

Well I went a caught a Sinus infection this weekend. My head feels like someone is playing the drums on it and my nose is running like a leaky faucet. I have not been to the gym in 2 days and I am always hungry. I really hate being sick, but I did go to the doctor today to get some meds. Hopefully I can get this cleared up…

Yes, and I will take inches over pounds any day. I know the scale did not move for me last week, but my pants feel a little looser. Just keep doing what you are doing and continue on your weight loss journey.

I know how you feel as I sit at my desk most of the day. I do get to the gym 4 days a week and do treadmill and elliptical but the other days I don't get a chance to move around. I try to drink 10 glasses of water a day and that at least make me walk to the bathroom, lol.
