A nutritionist in most states in not regulated or does not have to pass specific test that establish they know what they are instructing people to do.   • I am looking for a training/walking pal /friend in Oregon. I am aiming for the Sept. Goddess 10k Run, It goes over the Bridge of the Gods and then follows the state park trail that use to be the Gorge highway - Hwy 30. Any Oregonians interested?

  • I agree with the gaudy magpie. I use my clothes and sanity check. When I don't like the numbers in my clothes I tell my self that those numbers are lik e my phone number - they don't tell me who I am or what my value/worth is in this world
