I fell off the wagon over the holidays but I've been struggling with yo-yo dieting my whole life. I too could use motivators and support. Especially when I want to eat my feelings!

You can add me as well. I've been using this app for a year but without adding friends. Think it will be nice with friends though. I certainly could use the motivation. I can't seem to stay on the wagon. So here I am starting over. Again...
