I lost 28lbs last year with this program, but after the program I got complacent started eating my stress away. I'm now working the body beast program and have lost 11lbs thus far. It works great if you commit to it.

Amazing! I'm incredibly inspired now. I've got 35lbs left to lose and have about half the mobility in my legs that I had ten years ago. Your journey is an awesome inspiration

I started beast on Monday. I'm sore as hell but I'm proud of it. Had to skip today cause for a long day at work and little to not enough sleep. Back and Biceps tomorrow!!!

So I finally have all my Dumbbells and the bench. Monday morning is chest and shoulders. I'm excited. I've lost 10.2 lbs on the diet so far and I can't wait to see what the program results will be.

I've just started taking the activit supplements from Beachbody. Micronized creatine loading for a week now. I will start a pre workout supplement called N.O. Fury a week from Monday. As far as food goes I could use any suggestions you have

I had planned to start the workout plan on Monday but I'm waiting for my bench to get here. So plans get bumped another week. At least it gives me time to get adjusted to the diet.

I've been creatine loading for the past week. I start the ripped body beast plan next week. I will be taking N.O. Fury as a pre workout supplement on lifting days. I will definitely let you know what works and what doesn't
