congrats on your surgery! my surgery was on dec 16th. for the first 2 weeks my program had me drinking protein shakes and water... and for fun i had sugar free popsicles. all programs and people vary.. but that was my first 2 weeks post op!

congrats! very exciting! these are random and don't know if they will help or what you are looking for: -lowered my bed off of the lifts that it was on for easier getting in and out of bed... for a couple days i had to turn to my side then put my legs on the ground, then slide down the side of the bed a little to get out…

Every program is different, my plan for the soft food phase day 15-30 post-op: 32-60 oz. fluids 600 calories per day (50-70 grams proteins, minimal cards and fats)= 3 meals per day of 2 oz (150 calories each) +150 calories of protein shake

I watch it. I love seeing the transformations, family dynamics, manipulation, co-dependencies.... There's that one woman who just will not surrender - i want to see her update this week!

wow.. do you see how your side/waist completely changed? in the first photo it was like ")" now its "(". I want my side/waist to do that too! So cool to see the transformation!! Congrats!

Wow! over 70 lbs GONE!!! Congrats! I forgot about pork and I have a chipotle black bean hack that I add flavorless protein powder to.. Thank you so much. I'll add all of you ideas to the rotation!!
