I have not taken any measurements. But! I've had to buy new scrub tops because of the weightloss!!

My first thought would be muscle gain. You may be losing fat but gaining muscle if you're working out. Stress can make it harder to lose weight also. Keep eating clean and exercising and you're energy should start to improve. I'm not a professional- just speaking from experience!

Emotional eating is definitely my downfall also! That's when I usually try and do some kind of exercise. It's definitely mind over matter... Or stomach! We can do this!!!

I have a printout that my aunt sent me. It's nothing extreme. I need to research diets because Spark from Advocare isn't sustaining my energy through the whole workout!

Anyone and everyone is welcome! I'm so excited to watch everybody's progress! Today I start my half marathon training. It'll take a few days for me to figure out foods that work because I am going to have to eat way more than I'm use to just to make it through the workouts. Any tips??

I start training for a half marathon next week! I'm so nervous. Working night shift and my 2 year old make it hard to stay in the gym and keep my calorie count in check! But I'm determined!

Last night I had Buffalo Wild Wings! It was my first cheat day and I am definitely feeling the low energy side of my bad decision this morning! Going to hit it hard today with some exercise and healthy foods! I'm down 2 lbs! How is your progress going?
