  • I log it in the previous day record because I think my body burns those midnight calories with my previous day calories irl. Moreover, then I know if I'm exceeding my calorie goal which I usually do, if I eat late, and I can have a fresh start from next day.
  • I was too tired to work out for past two weeks, so I stopped eating at all during day. Continued to eat light dinner. Felt horrible and disgusted with myself when I fell sick due to my stupidity. :( Started a new workout schedule from today though and feeling better already.
  • Hi Cassie, I think that you can eat as many vegetables as you want except the ones high in Carb. I usually make a vegetable soup of Cabbage, Carrots, Broccolli, capsicum, few tomatoes, mushrooms and season it with garlic and italian herbs. It tastes wonderful and is very filling.
