  • It's no ones business what you do with your body. if you decided to loose that extra 10lbs and it makes you miserable is it really worth it? there is a cut off point on the positivety of weight loss. loose a bit more if you feel its worth it but sometimes its best to sit back and enjoy what you've achieved.
