L3D10 is done! I'm done! If I can do it, you guys can too! What a sense of accomplishment I feel today. Keep going and believe in yourself. I don't know you guys, but I'm proud of you and can't thank you enough for the encouragement and motivation that this post has given me. :)

I think I will continue the cardio 1 with Jillian and also throw in her six pack abs workout. I haven't really enjoyed the thirty day shred (level 3 being my favourite), though. I did cardio 1 again as well. I am really enjoying that. I think I will continue that after I'm done the shred. I feel stronger than I was, but I haven't noticed anything else. :(

L3D6 done. My knees are really achey. Can't wait to be done this program!

L3D5 done. I also did Cardio 1 from Jillian Michaels. Phew! I got through it without stopping. Feeling good!

L3D4 done. Did the first two circuits on level 1 after for a little more punishment ;-).

Keep it up! You can definitely tell in your arms, neck and stomach. Awesome job :).

L3 is a killer, but I'm enjoying it the most. I hated L2 with a passion. My muscles are quite sore from sitting at a desk all day. Might do a little yoga this evening too :).

I don't believe in cheat days. Eating the "bad stuff" in moderation shouldn't set you off too badly. Just get back on the horse the next day, eat right and exercise. You have to live your life and not live in fear of food. :)

L2D7 done. I managed the whole workout without stopping and I added a couple of the more advanced moves. PHEW!

The scale hasn't moved an inch (actually gained weight at the beginning because of water retention) since I started the 30 day shred. To finally see something happening is really motivating. I am counting calories and doing some exercise over and above the 30 day shred as I am not convinced about the program. Keep at it.…

Took a break yesterday (just did a lot of walking instead), but got on the scale this morning and noticed that it is FINALLY moving in the right direction. Will be back at it this evening.

My knees are sore today. We'll see how I feel after work. I might have to take today as a rest day. :(

I took one during level 1 because I wasn't feeling well. Other than that, I haven't taken a rest day. If the weather gets nicer here, I might try to do some outdoor cardio stuff instead as a "rest day".
