I'm 31 and trying to get back to where I was before chronic illness! I have to lose 30 lbs and have to stay positive and motivated! Almost feels impossible..

Omg been kind of in the same boat.. I was diagnosed w ulcerative colitis about a year or so ago. Been trying to get back into my workout routine and eating healthy again but so hard!!!
