I am well aware of that, I'm not looking to bulk lift. I get what you're saying though. I'm going to incorporate strength training in a few weeks into my cardio.

My goal weight is 210 usmcmp once I get to where I want to be I will be toning. I'm doing a weight loss right now until 210 and then I will be going on with strength training. As of anyone else if you want to be negative for someone trying to help you can just stay off the post thank you :)

When I joined my fitness app I was at the weight of 224. I have before and after pictures, like I said above I am not here to sell anything. Poke around all you want I'm just here to help out. I do the elliptical training for 30minutes a day. I only eat around 1,500-1,800 calories a day.

I'm allowing members to message me because some people may not like to post on how they feel. Maybe some members like the privacy? I see your point usmcmp, I know how people need a little more drive on there goals no one helped me out, but myself and I'm just trying to give a hand to a person in need.

Hey Scott, It's not a chore to go to the gym after a few weeks you turn that "chore" into a life style. This way it becomes a long term thing and not just a workout. You go on a diet which also turns into a life style now you're making better eating decisions. If you are not in love with yourself then get to the point…
