I just started my own version of it a few days ago. Im too cheap to pay for stuff like that so I found most of the info online and am doing it myself. Its probably a little easier with the containers so you don't have to measure everything out but Id rather save the money. Instead of the workouts I am just doing my own but…

This!! My scale did the same thing until I changed the battery. Works like new now. Definitely something worth trying before going out and buying a brand new one

^^ I agree with the above. Something that is easy to move is great. I got a glider and although I would have loved to have an elliptical or a treadmill, I just didn't have the space for it. . I get bored working out very easily so its nice to be able to move it in front of the TV and then move it back to its space when Im…

Im not sure if you have an Aldi near you, but I love their brand cottage cheese. I believe I got the nonfat one but it didn't taste like nonfat at all.

It may take a little while to get your hormones back in sync - it took me about 3-4 months if I remember correctly. In my experience though, I feel SO much better off the pill then I ever did on it. As for the weight loss - just make sure you are tracking and measuring everything and keep at it. Eventually, you will see…

youtube has great work out videos. Popsugar fitness was one of my favorite stations when I was using youtube. I also did Jillian Michaels a lot. Pinterest is also a good place to find workout ideas.

I have the flex and for me the biggest pro of mine is the motivating factor. When I'm wearing mine, it definitely motivates me to move a little more just to get the number up. I also like that it tracks my sleep. Cons- kind of expensive for what it actually does. I got mine for Christmas so I'm not sure exactly how much it…

I got a flex for Christmas and while I like it, I don't think Id actually spend that much money on one myself. The best thing about it is that it motivates me to walk more than I would when I'm not wearing it. I think if it was me, I would buy a cheaper version of the fitbit (but I'm cheap). Of course, I don't have friends…

I was on the pill for 3 years and gained about 30-40 pounds. Im not going to blame it solely on the pill because I wasn't exercising or eating right at that time either. My problem while on it was that I was ALWAYS hungry. I would try to diet but i just could never shake the hunger. Ive been off of the pill for about 8…

I tried cutting alcohol at first but it just didn't work. So I set only ONE day a week to have alcohol. Wine is my drink of choice anyway, so it wasn't TOO high in calories. I just made up for it by working out longer or eating a little better that day. I still managed to lose 20 pounds this way.
