I don't follow 5:2 any more. It was another faddy load of bumpkiss. I was just trying to point out to those who assume that 5:2 is primarily about weight loss. It isn't. I have lost more following CICO than I ever did doing 5;2, Weight Watchers, Stupid VLCD's and god knows what else. Until we educate, we can never learn.…

It is worth noting that the 5:2 diet isn't aimed at weight loss. It was for health benefits. The weight loss is just a bonus!

OP you posted back in February that you had 5lbs to lose. It is now 3 months down the line and you are still looking for a quick fix for something that you could have solved by now if you had listened to the solid advice you were given at the time. SMH.

No. Just No. You are already at a low weight. Safe healthy weight loss is not done by starving yourself for 10 days. Benedict Cumberbatch is a muppet if he did this diet.

Chocolate. French stick with butter on so thick you can see your teeth marks in it when you bite down. More chocolate. Peanut butter. Nutella. Ooooh and popcorn. Lots of popcorn!

I would never weigh after a rough weekend. I don't take well to scale fluctuations so only weigh every 2 weeks now. My weight is coming down in a nice slow trend so that's great. I don't need to upset myself with every little fluctuation. Some people like knowing. I do not ha ha! It will come off again don't worry!

I have a maple syrup and bacon popcorn. It is 69 calories for 15g which is oceans for me and I enjoy every mouthful. :lol:

I don't have cheat days. To cheat implies something bad. Having a higher than average calorie meal once in a while is ok. We still have to live. ;)
