Work. Gaad... We have four flights of stairs and I have to trek up and down them all day. I'd say I go up them more than that but it doesn't always show them all :)

I was sick as a dog all the way through my pregnancy. So I weighed less full term than before I was pregnant ha ha. So I'd be no help. Congrats!

I'm 5ft2 153lbs at present and I burn 2000 (On a lazy day) and anything up to 2400 on a normal day with just walking exercise. So it could be fairly accurate from your apple watch. I have a Fitbit and like I say get average values like above.

It varies. I know during sleep it goes as low as 50. Sat doing nothing I'm around 54-57 lol

I sometimes get the odd stabbing pain around my none existent ovulation but other than that I have been SO much better without the BC.

I have PCOS. I don't use ANY form of hormone related contraception. I was forever overweight and bloated. I've tried it all. Now my body is doing its own thing and I've lost weight, I'm much happier. Using condoms forever isn't great but hey my health comes first. BC is evil for a PCOS sufferer. I would have crazy mood…

Hi! If you struggle with exercise... Have you tried going to your local pool and walking up and down in the water. The water both supports you and gives you resistance to push against but without the pain of running, walking etc. swimming can be such a great none impact exercise and is really great if you struggle. The first photo was me pre weight loss. The second one is me 2 stone down. So it's does come off your face eventually. I can finally see a difference and my fat chops are slowly reducing lol Keep going... It will come off I promise!

I have PCOS. I'm not insulin resistant though so can eat a normal amount of carbs. I'm losing on average 1lb a week so it's not always necessary to avoid carbs :)

Birth control always made me put on weight. I was a Hoover and would eat everything in sight. :lol:

So you're around 10st8 and you want to lose enough to be around 7 1/2 stone in 3 months? Wow. I'm afraid that is so not happening. It's taken me 5 months to lose 2 stone at a 1lb a week loss on average.

Hi Jodie. You don't need to do detoxes or cleanses honey. Your body does a grand job of that all on its own. Save your dosh and invest in a decent kitchen scale and read some of the fabulous stickies threads at the top of the forum. You'll be winning in no time :)
