As Taylor Swift recently said Log it and "Shake it off". You don't need to fast. Go out and have a nice long walk, eat to your goal today and realise we are all human, we all have days we slip up and it's only one day. :)

I hate Slimming World. It does me no good and I ALWAYS gain weight on it. I like MFP. Free to use. Easy to do and getting results. :)

My Charge HR can keep up to 7 days worth of tracking without being synced. So no you won't lose data if you don't sync it all the time :)

I take my walking fitbit calories with a pinch of salt. If I'm hungry, I'll eat some of them back but I don't usually bother and I'm losing steadily. It does go a bit insane sometimes. I've done 12,000 steps today and it's given me 300 extra calories. I haven't eaten them back though as its only walking.

I had an impacted lower wisdom tooth removed a year or so ago. It was awful. I didn't eat for three days other than water and rice pudding. When I had my top two out however I was eating within a day. So depends on severity of the extraction. Lol Defo take heed of advice above. Dry socket is a *kitten*!

You can shut Fitbit up by setting a custom goal. I did that and now it leaves me alone in a food sense. I use MFP along side my Fitbit fine now I sorted it out. :)

Mine is fish at the moment. I'm probably low on zinc or something. I always crave feta cheese too when someone I know is pregnant. I usually know before they do!

You sure I can't tempt you into squeezing all your vital organs into a beautiful stretchy band that takes 3.5 hours to fasten up as every time you get one and hook and eye fastened another one pops open? No? Not interested? Pahahahahaha. These things really do tickle me.

I'm 5ft2 currently 11st5. I started at 13 stone. I lose weight eating 1480 calories. I'm shorter than you. I eat more and lose 1-1 1/2lb a week. Eat more and feel better while still losing weight. Yep :)

I take a Turmeric capsule every morning after breakfast. It keeps me going so to speak. It's also a natural anti inflammatory and helps with my lousy backache too so win win all round for me ha ha!

If OP isn't feeling constipated... Could just be that your body is using your healthier food more constructively than the rubbish you were eating before. Less waste would be produced if you were getting more nutritional value from your food? Meh I'm not a doctor so who knows.

I have awful periods. I get migraines, bad cramps, bloating and back ache. I don't use it as an excuse to become a pig in a trough though. Mind over matter I'm afraid. Fiber IS important for weight loss. I had a week where I didn't consume enough fiber and I was constipated to hell. Upped my fibre, constipation went and I lost 3lb. In a matter of days. So I don't agree with that part of your analysis.

Michael Moseley who produced the 5:2 book/documentary did stress that IF isn't about losing weight. It's about the health benefits. The weight loss is merely a bonus and not guaranteed.
