What did I just read here seriously? This isn't an experiment. It's ludicrous.

There is sometimes a glitch that causes this. Don't panic. It corrects itself. :)

I reckon MFP has a "net" calorie goal to stop people purposely consuming less than 1200 calories all the time. Or at least covering their own bottom. I never look at my net. I consume what I'm meant to be having and leave it at that :)

Oh gosh... Dry roasted peanuts. Drooooooooooooooool.
-
You. I like you.

It's not fitness that has improved mine. I do no exercise lol
-
If you bring me this pizza... I will let you have half!

Sigh... I'm NOT eating my emotions. I'm on my period not mourning the loss of a pet. I just wanted something nice to eat that would make me feel a bit better.

Ok... Are you using a food scale? Are you logging every little bit of food that goes in your mouth? Exercise isn't essential to lose weight. It is there to improve health and to help preserve lean body mass. 14lbs in one month is oceans of weight. That's not something to be disappointed in! You should be looking to lose…

So if you eat a larger breakfast, it stops you eating as much as lunch? As opposed to having a smaller breakfast and a larger lunch? Erm... for the most part wouldn't it just cancel each other out? I just eat when I'm hungry and within my cals.

Yes my sister!!! Preach!
-
Oh I will like it... Don't you worry!

I do think that tonight may involve a little bit of factored in chocolate. And that risotto sounds amazing!

Hold up hold up oh you of no ovaries!!!! I don't intend on having a blow out. I have calories and I'm not afraid to use them. I am feeling sorry for myself and wanted a nice bit of yum to ease my pain. Don't make me go all Hulk

Yep same here. I weigh every 7-10 days and have never been "up". I much prefer NOT seeing fluctuations. I know they occur but when I don't see them, I don't get upset about them lol
-
Oh god yes! I am making that lemon tart this weekend. You're like my very own Mary Berry but much younger and much hotter

Cazbit... I had a pre-measured pot of Greek yogurt the other day. Was apparently 200g. I weighed it out of interest as I slopped it on my fruit... There was only 180g. So I could have done myself out of 20g worth of calories. Remember it works both ways. Definitely weigh pre packaged stuff. You never know :)

To gain muscle you need to eat at a surplus. You cannot build muscle whilst eating at a deficit.

Yep. Fitbit gives you a daily burn. My varies from 1700 on a lazy day to 2300 on an active day. :)

It's actually gone off on such a tangent that I cannot even remember the original post. :flushed:

My Fitbit Charge HR usually gives me around 300-400 extra calories a day when I do around 13000 steps. I'm set on lightly active as I walk everywhere and have a job where I'm on my feet most of the day. Most days I hit 10k steps and am often above but I still get like I say 300 or so extra calories. I don't use them though…

We use calories here in the UK. Kilojoules... Wut? Ha. I'm a calorie girl.

SIGN ME UP! I'm convinced! I'm a convert!!! I want in! Pah.... Nope still rubbish.
-
Hi! If you enter your current stats into MFP and set an achievable weight loss goal per week, it will give you a calorie allowance. :)
-
Body odour isn't actually caused by fresh sweat. It's bacteria that cause the stench. All I can recommend is frequent showers and a decent deodorant :)
-
I avoid the scales like the plague during my PMT week. I know I can hold water like anything for the first few days.
-
Nice idea but I don't have 14lb left to lose so no good for me :sunglasses:

Pahahahahaha!
