I do pole fitness at Uni, once a week and adore it! It's a lot harder then it looks, and takes a lot of strength. Legit only clocked on to how much I gain the days before my period! I gained 4 pounds last month and once my period slowed close to an end I was back down, 5 pounds! So although I had lost a pound, I have gained 4 pounds of water weight during. This month, I think I'll avoid the scales! Haha :wink:

Hi, When i really need some chocolate I have a special K chocolate cereal bar, its only got like 1g of fat and like 98 cals, and tastes as good as any full chocolate bar, yummy and not so naughty :) Also Options hot chocolate is lovely and not so naughty, i struggle with snacking, and Im a total chocoholic and these help…

Honestly yes! NHS states you can gain 2-10 pound the week before bleeding, on average, most women gain around 5 pounds, or if dieting, weight loss can stand still for the week. Call it a cheat day, log it and at least you have enjoyed it! Drink water and continue with healthier eating, DON'T cut down loads the next day to try and make up for it, just continue with your usual diet and don't kick yourself over it

Your best time to weigh yourself is in the morning. Try to weigh yourself at the same time as you last weighed yourself. Try not to weigh yourself everyday, its much more likely you'll see a difference the longer you leave it, I personally do it once a week.
