For sure if i would go out for running i could not breath. I tried in Christmas holiday.... But i was sooo bad. I do this exercises in my living room. It's easy. I started with ten minutes... Then twenty.. And thirty after this. It's really easy.. Hearing some good music and so something for your body...

Right, i started in November. But i started really slow. A friend gave her WII sport plus to me and i started "workout". 30 min running 10 min muscle training 10 min balance And i ate normal... Now i started to look exactly in what iam eating.
