Hi guys I've used calculators in the past to calculate the number of grams for carbs, protein, fat on both low and high carb days. Weighing is key! Especially with carbs (even wholewheat) We need to have a deficit of 500 calories per day for 7 whole days to lose 1 pound on the scales. Calculate your BMR (basic metabolic rate) for your weight and lose 500 cals per day Xx
