No no, don't go under Are you drinking any water? I don't always remember to keep track that, but was curious. I would agree with watching the sodium, the booze, and snacking. Drink lots of water. I read an article today on water retention and how it affects the scale, it might be a little insightful as well.…

Would you rather be 70 lbs overweight of have loose skin when you are done? Some people get it, and others don't. It's true that weight training helps, but there are a lot of factors at play. I used to be afraid of it too, but there are so many other things about losing weight to be excited about!
