I sleep better and my mood is better. It's hard work getting the weight off but too easy to put it back on. I don't want it to be on my mind 24/7

Hi there, I'm a 35 yr old mum of 2 girls. Now that my youngest is in school I have joined a gym and am trying to lose 20kg. Not sure what that is in lbs because I'm in Australia and use kgs. I am on 1200 also, I find a big breakfast helps me thru to lunch most of the time, but I have been having frozen meals for lunch and a diet shake and a yoghurt really helped me at dinner time. So I am wondering what's the best device to use to track calories burnt. Is the fitbit better than the watch and strap around your torso because I find it uncomfortable. I want to make this as easy as possible so I have a better chance of success. :)
