Learn how to cook, it's easy. Just throw stuff together that you think will taste good. If it doesn't taste good, oh well, it was an experiment, try again.

I'm vegetarian, not vegan but I can help you. Replace rice with pasta (tomato sauce and ground soy). My boyfriend eats it like it's going out of style and he's 5'7" and 146 pounds. He doesn't eat rice that often, he says the same thing about hunger spikes.

My long term goal is to lose 70 pounds but I don't think I'lll do that in a year. First on my list: Cut soda and replace it with Green or Chai Tea Second on my list: Cut down on chocolate and chips Third on my list: Maintain my vegetarian diet, eat MORE veggies!

16. Never been this big in life, to be honest. I'm just starting out on a new MFP journey, been here twice before, it's the only way to keep myself accountable.
