I appreciate all the nice comments and putting things in perspective. The last time I binged that bad was back in November and reflecting on it, I think a main cause is lack of sleep. I'm hoping it's just bloating that I've got otherwise I feel like I've undone all my hard work since December.

Cauliflower crust pizza is surprising tasty and not that hard to make. Take a head of cauliflower and blitz it in a blender. Pop it in the microwave for around 4mins and allow to cool slightly. Then place the cauliflower in a tea towel and ring out as much water as you can. Season with salt, basil and garlic powder and…

I'm so pleased that other people have shared their before and afters also. I feel god damn proud of all of you because I know all the hard work that you've put it. Keep smashing it everyone!!

This is exactly the reason why I wear my polar watch when working out, or my garmin when I'm doing an outdoor run. Whilst I'd like to believe that I burn loads of calories I know that I don't.

There's always going to be people who criticise. I know because I'm often subjected to such comments myself. Yes I am quite small, 5'5 and 117lbs, but whilst I feel great in myself I've recieved many harsh words. If you feel good then ignore those who criticise. At the end of the day it's your body and decisions, not…

It's kind of time consuming to make, but cauliflower crust pizza is somewhat amazing! Today I made my own version of a Fiorentina pizza using cauliflower as the base. 300g cauliflower (blitzed or grated) Salt, basil and garlic to season 1 beaten egg to bind it together. Once mixed, roll out onto a pizza tray and bake until…

That's kind of you to say, but if you saw my body, stomach in particular, you would appreciate why my body fat % is that high. I carry an awful lot of fat around my stomach and hips.
-
This is something I'm struggling with also. I'm 5'5 and 117lbs, so my bmi is at the low end of normal, but my body fat % is around 24 according to the analyser I use. My aim is to get it to around 18% so I'm currently eating at a deficit and lifting heavy (well heavy for me anyway!)

I've just finished week 9. My progress hasn't been jaw-dropping but I can notice small changes. In fairness I haven't followed the eating guide although I do eat healthy. I can't wait to start it all over again and then I plan on progressing to BBG 2.0

I always bag up my old clothes and put them in a clothing bank which then goes to charity. I can understand why people hold on to their bigger clothes, but I'm just like "heck, I want my wardrobe full of nice clothes I can actually wear." For me, I just look at old photos to see how far I've come.

You look great girl. Your body is so much leaner than before. Mind me asking how you've achieved this? I'm at the skinny fat stage and want to build your kind of physique.

At the risk of being judged or ridiculed, I usually have my breakfast around 15mins after waking up. Non of this waiting for hours or skipping malarkey!!

When I started running about 4years ago I always used the all Map My Walk to track my progress. Whilst it was accurate with distance and pace I found it somewhat annoying, as I ran with my phone in an armband and couldn't view my stats as I was running. So recently I purchased a Garmin GPS watch to track my runs. I haven't…

I've changed quite a bit in my opinion. These photos were taken about 3-4years apart and show my weight loss of about 50lbs

Awesome work girl

Hi, I'm 5'5 and currently weight 118lbs. It's been a 5year battle to get to where I am now, so my aim now is to reduce my body fat percentage, hopefully to around 18% if possible. I've starting lifting this week and don't care if I put on weights because hopefully it'll be muscle weight and I'll look leaner.

I have a polar watch and also an app on my phone, and my resting heartrate is usually between 34-45bmp. I often think it's too low, but then I do workout quite a lot and I'm not very big (5'5, 118lbs and 23yrs old.)
-
I'm adding you, I'm just about to start week 9 of Kayla Itsines BBG workouts. (Sickness has put me back a week!) Heres to making a new friend on the same journey and who works out as much as I tend to!

Thanks guys. Btw you all look fabulous, great transformations!
-
Thankyou. I have plenty of embarrassing before photos that I could have compared my current self to. The words "beached whale" spring to mind haha!

Oh my gosh I get this so much too! Although I've lost weight in the past, this last year has been the time when I've become serious about making a change, and I've gone from about 143lbs to 118lbs, standing at 5'5 and being 23yrs old. My family (mum inparticular) begs me to "not lose any more weight" and friends call me a…

I'm 23 and am hoping to maintain my weight whilst reducing my body fat percentage. I'm currently eating around 1800 calories a day although I may tweak that figure depending on how the next few weeks ago. I want to be 18% body fat by July 2015.
-
Way to go girl. Keep up the good work, but make sure you don't lose the weight too quickly or you could be left with saggy skin.
-
I'm 5'5 and my stats are as follows: SW: 198lbs CW: 118lbs GW: 118lbs (I want muscles!)
-
Sending you and your family love and prayers. I can't even begin to imagine how you all feel. May you remember all the happy times you had together and be comforted knowing that he is away from any pain *hugs*

Whilst I do understand people's concerns, I still carry fat especially around my stomach. My intentions are no longer to reduce my weight but to reduce my body fat percentage. And my mother told me that when she got married she weighed 105lbs, and she was only one year older than I am now. Yes, yes it is.

Holy smoke woman. You look fantastic

My pictures were taken about 4years apart and show my weight loss of around 40lbs.
-
Thanks guys. I've added you all!

Whilst I know that my family will always be there for me, I often feel like an outcast for the healthy lifestyle which I lead. All I get is moaned at for "working out too much" and "not eating enough." But I seriously workout because I love doing so and I eat for my bodies needs and normally consume around 2000calories a…
