Plateaus >.> I have mini-goals to make sure I'm staying on track (versus June 1, which is my loose goal weight date), and I had a plateau for about 3 weeks that did make it frustrating. Sometimes I set fitness goals too..."I want to be able to do such and such without stopping for X minutes."

I accept that I'm not going to be perfect, so I give myself one floating cheat day a week. I've actually found that I rarely use it - and never purposefully. I guess it's more of a mechanism to not beat myself up if I have 1500 calories instead of 1200 in a day.

I'm 5'5'', 185, and in a 12/14 and M/L top/dress depending on the store. I've noticed that (even when I was younger) I'm pretty dense. I started out in 2012 at 5'5'' and 232lbs and was an 18 in pants and an XL/XXL in dresses/shirts. Right now I'm still 5'5'' (:P) and 189 lbs and am a 14 in pants and a L in dresses/shirts.

145 is my goal, but your "ideal weight" is based a lot on your bone structure too.
