I'm having the same problems with my iPad Pro and iPhone Xs Max. All was working yesterday, but today the app started to open and then cut to my home page. I've done all the same things mentioned: restarted phone and tablet; deleted and reinstalled the app. All to no avail. I hope they fix the problem soon.
