Here's mine from today. Skip x 100 Deadlift x 10 @ 70 kg Push up burpee x 10 Shoulder press x 10 @ 20 kg Ab roller x 10 I performed the above 10 times and followed this with 25 minutes on the cross trainer.

I used to use a polar HR monitor with a chest strap, by comparison I think my Fitbit is under estimating my calorie burn. Very confusing.

Hi Sarah, after doing lots of on line research and talking to family and friends I've ordered a Fitbit charge HR. It measures everything from steps, calories burnt, sleep and constant HR. Try YouTube for lots of good reviews. Cheers, David

I'm waiting for my Fitbit Charge HR to arrive in the mail. What sort of challenges are people doing? I know the Fitbit counts steps but this is the one aspect that doesn't really interest me. Can it also do other challenges?
