Good walking everyone. Walked four and a half miles yesterday. Didn't have much time this morning but still got in two and a half before work. I am loving it and so is my dog!

Walked five miles tonight in 1 hour 15 mins. Beautiful full moon but still needed my headlamp. A good end to a busy day.

Walked. 4 1/2 miles again this morning. I am using map my walk to know how far I go, but the calories burned seem way too much. Anyone else have this problem.?

Just joining in late in the month. I love to walk and so does my pup. Have been averaging 4 1/2 ish miles a day at a brisk pace. Really want to keep going as the weather gets cooler. Had to wear a jacket for the first time this morning. Was a chilly 35° here this morning
