Yes same here! Sometimes it's hard for me to get in my exercise because I don't get a lot of sleep. I have 3 kids. 2 not in school. So I have to sleep all I can and then take care of them.

Thanks for the great ideas. Yes I am doing shakeology. It's all kind of overwhelming right now with the containers and how many/what color. I'm sure it will get easier as I go.

I work 7p-7a. I am starting my first round of 21 day fix today. I am not sure how this is going to work but I am just gona take it day by day and figure out how to space my meals out so that I still have something to eat overnight.

You need to find what works for you. When my baby was little I ate 1800 cal a day and lost great on that for a while. After I stopped losing I decreased my calories by about 100 at a time. Now that he just turned a year old, he doesn't nurse as often so I am down to 1500 a day but I think I'm going to decrease again bc I'm…

I'm having the same problem. I work 7pm-7a. When I get off at 7a I go home and eat breakfast and that's when I start logging for the day. But then I starve at night bc I don't have a lot of calories left.

I work nights also 7p-7a 3x a week. I eat dinner before I leave for work. I plan out my meals for the day in advance and save some calories for during my shift. I eat lots of fruits, nuts, peanut butter, yogurt, tuna. Feel free to add me also!

I add 500 calories a day for breastfeeding. I try to eat around 1800 calories a day
