  • I'm 5'7, 24, and starting weight 180 too...kind of. Wedding weight: 145 after first baby:195 second: 186 but time to get it off in earnest now, been carrying it too long! I'd like to shoot for 140-5 but like you I don't know if I could maintain that. Plus muscle weighs more than fat, and I want to build muscle too. We'll…

  • Thanks for the tips!
  • Thanks, and like I said, I'm not trying to lose the weight tomorrow. I'm not stressing about it, either, I'm just doing my homework I guess you could say, so I know what to do When I am ready to start seriously losing. The weight I've lost by just nursing is great, though ;)

  • Thanks for the ideas...I'm assuming the oatmeal is just a little bit because of the carbs though?
  • Sounds good, but what exactly is ski yogurt?
  • I have heard that, too, I just wondered if I could tailor the settings more accurately to me. Obviously if I put in that I want to gain weight, it will be different information than if I gain a healthy amount from pregnancy. Thank you for your reply, though.
