Never done the shots but on top of what everyone else has mentioned maybe talk to your doctor bout tapering off (if possible). Then maybe wouldn't be such a 180 give your mind and body time to get used to everything above instead of just cold turkey 1 day not having it.

Keep up with this board. The success stories are really motivating and can help in my opinion with motivation. I know it's not a tip on exercise or eating but it's something that keeps me motivated even when I'm having a unmotivating day or week. Good luck on your goals you got this!!

Right now mine is to lose at least 10lbs more by middle of November when I visit family. Most of them I only see once a year around November. Last November I was around 199-205 not really sure and want to be in the 175ish range. Hope everyone's goals are going great and on track for what they want :)

I was prescribed it for my anxiety. While it can make anxiety worse I have not had that issue. I haven't lost weight since I began taking it but I haven't gained any either, which to me was a good thing. :)

I completely agree with curvy I just feel more comfortable in them just enough give in the fabric. I have large thighs and a butt and I'm short 4'11" so most of mine drag the ground. If you can find them at JC Penny's they have a brand called Angels jeans so far they were my favorite. The way they fit made me feel good…

These all really motivated me. Didn't sleep well last night so after my brother got on bus to school took a nap missed going to the gym with my friend but went on a nice fast paced walk while brother scootered. Also cut back soda consumption today. Got gym plans tomorrow though!
