I am hoping to keep on my version of 5:2 as I have lost 10 lbs already and want to keep going. I will search for the other threads for more info. Thanks JAT74 for your info. You eat your normal calorie goal (mine 1200 per day) for five days. On two days you fast and eat only 500 cal It has worked for me. I do a fast on Monday and Wednesday.
