Why don't you slow the treadmill down and do a very slow jog. Just because you walk fast doesn't mean you have to go faster when jogging. If your knees hurt you can get supports for them and just try a 1 minute jog during your walking and increase it from there. Just slow the treadmill down and try it that way. Good luck…

Hi all, FRJM I did the 3 peaks Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon. My total walking hours was 11, but I missed the 24hrs by 10 minutes!! gutted, but it was great fun, I want to do something this year to get me focused. Have you got anything planned?? Im Halesowen, feel free to add me. Ive been on and off MFP for a few yeas, and only just discovered you can talk to others lol. My fitbit charge came today, so getting it synced and will start a-fresh tomorrow, still healthy eating tho.

I to work nights and long days. I take about 10 pieces of fruit it. As I snack when I'm tired I find it helps. Also try cutting down the monster drinks 1 at a time over the weeks/months you should find that you don't need any at all??x
