Everyday meditate. Just for 15 minutes. Repeat this: I love myself; I have compassion for myself; I will be kind to myself; I will forgive myself; I will have patience. Compassion and love are like a warm blanket out of the dryer for your heart. I have been meditating with a group I started at work that has grown from two…

I don't eat things that are sweet, unless it's natural like fruit.

Love yourself, be kind to yourself, have patience with yourself, be compassionate to yourself, and forgive yourself. Find a way to motivate yourself through loving who you are, you are a wonderful person; be good to you.

I agree do what you love and love yourself. I often recommend Maitri Meditation just 10 minutes a day of concentrating on loving kindness for yourself. We try so much to motivate ourselves by negative means, but motivating yourself through love, compassion, kindness, forgiveness, and patience is better. You are a wonderful…

Even just ten minutes a day of loving who you are and what a wonderful person you are can have a profound effect. The most important part of any change is a foundation of compassion and love. I started a meditation group at work, just 10 minutes and it works wonders for me. I tend to use the Maitri meditation method. I do some clear mind meditation but I prefer more awareness of self and the world. I have found group meditation extremely rewarding as well. Be well!

An FYI it is not recommended that people who have inflammatory intestinal issues eat nutritional yeast, so to be safe I always just take a supplement because I eat a minimal amount of animal proteins.

https://www.doyouyoga.com/maitri-practices-for-developing-loving-kindness-for-oneself/ I spend many moments of the day focusing on love and compassion for myself and others. I say: "I love myself. I have compassion for myself. I love this person. I have compassion for this person, etc." Until I run out of people. Be well!

I learned to love others. I was snarky on the forums and got a warning. I realized instead of a knee jerk reaction and just saying to myself: well they started it! I should have had compassion and love for them and myself. How can I hear another person if I’m not listening?

Motivate yourself with love, compassion, kindness, forgiveness, and patience.

I hide them in things but a serving is 2 tblspns so be careful, also seeds can affect some people with intestinal issues. There are so many wonderful seeds out there, if this doesn’t work for you try some sesame seeds or other. 😄

Forgive yourself and meditate on loving yourself and having compassion for yourself. I've found that by engaging in self reflection and Identifying all the ways I have negatively motivated myself in the past and replacing that with positive reinforcement and love; that I am much more successful in everything I do.

My new fav is dry pinto beans (cooked with garlic powder and chili powder), instant brown rice, and mild taco sauce. I also eat instant oatmeal with pepitas, turmeric, flax seed, and hummus. And seasoned tofu and bell pepper sandwiches on Angelic low sodium 7 sprouted grain bread.

I've lost 15 lbs in two months just by eating healthier. The best way to be positive is to practice meditation and be kind and loving towards others. :)
