I understand this but eventually I just went with high fiber low calorie snacks. I actually just started eat salad right out of the bag. lol

I eat primarily vegan and my saturated fat averages about 2 grams with nearly no cholesterol. And I eat very low sodium because I like the natural taste of fruits and veggies.

I agree. I lost 30 lbs by eating a low calorie vegan diet since my job leaves me sedentary. Due to stress, I gained 20 back during the pandemic due to me changing my diet and eating more junk food and drinking more wine. Now I'm ready to retry the experiment. We shall see if it works again. Science! ;)

Give your palate time to change too. I eat extremely low salt diet and what I originally found bland I know find flavorful. I eat a ton of raw unsalted pumpkin seeds due to their lower caloric value than walnuts. I originally found them tastless but now they have such richness and depth. :)

I eat granola with fozen blue berries and almond milk for breakfast. The human body is complex. For me, my stomach can get upset with coffee, eggs, even baked goods. I try to eat more fruits, veggies, and grains in the morning.

Ha ha on that. I've actually been unable to eat any of the prepackaged meat substitutes of late and have just been eating beans or tofu as a sub for meat. Except when I do eat a burger it's the real deal. :)
