Hey there! I'm in Tallahassee and just started a new workout plan myself. I work right across the street from Sweat Therapy and they recently started a "lunch special" that is up to 5 days a week and $69 a month. I don't think it's an accurate projection, but I use it as a motivational tool when I've had a great day. For me it makes me feel more accountable especially when I've had a cheat day.
