Because it is things i over eat. Soda 3-4 cans a day. Rice 4-5 times a day. Bread I eat it just because i love it. I can't even count how many times a day i eat it. It's obvious that this has a big part of my weight gain. Like i said it's more easy for me to do it this way.

My tip is Eliminate one thing at a time. So far i have eliminated soda, rice, and this week i am eliminating bread. Its more easy for me to do it this way. I also stopped getting on the scale every day. I haven't got on it since last week.
