1. Still down most of the weight despite deciding to go “off diet” since Friday. 2. Feeling constantly hungry after eating so much sugar this weekend. 3. Just trying to make it to workout class tonight. Once I do that I will feel better about myself.

I run 5 times per week and do a race per month to keep motivated. I’ve done 6 half marathons but I don’t really run that distance anymore. I’m more of a 10k person now.

Just turned 40 a couple months ago. Need to lose 15 lbs. I’m trying to adjust to my slowing metabolism. I’m happy to hear advice.
