I'm fairly new to MFP been doing it for about 7 weeks. I just had a milestone birthday this week (turned 50). I made the mental decision that I was going to celebrate my birthday. I went out to eat for both lunch and dinner, logged my food and at the end of the day I was 400 calories over my allotment and I was ok with it.…

I only had 1 thin mint when some one left a box at work. Just 1 and not 1 whole sleeve. Oh yeah and I even logged it

Some fool brought a big box of donuts and rolls into work today. I walked passed them 5 times and never had one. (I did linger a little so I could smell their sweet aroma)

I will be 50 in a couple of weeks. Can you add me to the group? I'm single, no kids, 1 dog (who I adore) and somewhat of a work a holic. As I said in my introduce yourself post, I'm struggling with turning 50 but decided I need to be fit and fabulous versus just fat and 50.
