a few days before my period I tend to bust my *kitten* doing leg workouts and ab workouts and then on the first two days when I cramp the most I tend to work on my arms and cardio (i.e. walking elliptical bike). Hope this helps you out!!!

I was having the same problem with measuring things. I started finding low calorie recipes on pintrest and then I divide them up before I sit down to eat. That way I know how much a serving is. If you only cut out sodas you will lose all the weight you want. You might lose the first 10 from not drinking sodas but that will be it unless you exercises and diet. Also every stupid commercial saying if you shake this over your food you will lose weight.

I went back and looked through my whole time of being on myfitnesspal and noticed I do tend to have about 300-400 calories left a day so that helped me calm down some.
