Week 3 CW 150.5 PW can’t remember but either the same or less Tracking every day, going over calories occasionally but not by much and still exercising but the numbers seem to be going up 😕

04/09 Exercise no - rest day Tracked yes Cals yes Actually feeling less bloated and my belt has gone down 2 notches despite being totm. I usually put on about 6-7lbs in bloat so I just need to stick with it and probably ignore next week’s weigh in.

I’m 47. Due to changes in work routines I am currently 22lbs over where I want to be. I run and walk as much as possible. I’m also seeking out that perfect exercise class too! I have run 3 mikes daily this week and will do another active sport over the weekend. Weekends are tricky! Good luck all
