No. No. Shania Twain?

I feel bad for non-GMO people because they can't eat corn. And don't try to tell me there is such a thing as "non-GMO corn" because there isn't. Not of the kind we eat in the states, anyway.

Excuse me while I go calibrate my bulimia pump to "2 hot dogs".

Michigan. (Grand Rapids) Add me, neighbors!

This is the same for me. Any kind of squat or leg press exercise where my feet are semi-close together and pointing straight forward seems to bother my knees. I always need my toes pointed somewhat outward.

What are people rage-quitting?

I'm not too surprised that a mixture of unidentifiable artificial flavors and artificial sweeteners would taste bad. I tried Diet Coke recently just for kicks (I am not a pop drinker) and I was like, "What the hell is this?"

Thanks. I don't see much of an attack there. Maybe someone deleted the attack comments?

Why not share a link to the original thread where this incident took place? That could help people understand what went down.

Just eat the bone and log that as well.

Everyone here is going to get sued by their children for releasing their medical history without their permission.

Shake if Off by Taylor Swift. Do I also have the option of erasing her from history? My reason is simple: Overplayed, formulaic garbage. She has saturated every aspect of pop-culture and I can't avoid her.

I love grits. It's been awhile since I last had them because they aren't very common in the northern U.S. and I don't make them at home.

Someone figured out a way to suck the carbohydrates out of rice? That makes me sad. :(

For me, "my body isn't built for running" means I have flat, pronated feet and it hurts like hell to run no matter what kind of arches I put in my shoes. Even walking distances hurts but not as bad as running.

Yes, I've experienced this as well though not with anyone as close to me as a friend. I think some people are ashamed to admit they had a little help from other sources. I think there is probably a good market for people that are just brutally honest about what works for them and how they slipped up along the way.

It is such a myth that it is more expensive to eat healthy. That just makes no sense to me. Also, everyone is operating on a budget. I do not like that phrase (pet peeve). Nobody* has a bottomless bank account to spend on food... but I can imagine what that would be like. This process takes patience and everyone slips from…

I think I've been here before. I'm in a reloading phase, I guess.

I tend to use machines in most cases only because I don't have a lifting partner and I can remember MANY times where my brother had to help me get the barbell off my chest. If I do free weights these days, it is dumbbells only. I'd like to do squats again but I don't want to be that guy that goes down and has to take a…

I am very active. I feel a lot of my current friends are mostly logging rather than interacting. I like to comment or ask questions on my feed. Add me. I'm especially looking for people with experience doing StrongLifts 5x5 because I am considering doing that. I can never decide on a routine. :p

I don't want to post in the forums but my MFP "friends" don't often reply to my inquiries posted on my feed. The old support group seems more intent on logging and that is about it these days.

60% breasts / 40% *kitten*. Legs are nothing to me. UPDATE: I love how "*kitten*" was initially turned into "kitten" when I typed this.

I've learned to never run ideas or goals by the people that are supposed to be the most supportive in life. Even if they aren't working against me, I know it has a negative impact on me if they don't share my excitement. That part is my flaw. I shouldn't be so dependent on others for emotional support, if that is what it…
