I love Chobani yogurt. Those usually have anywhere between 12-14g of protein in one little dish (I forget the size).

I think a lot of people just think "gluten-free" means "healthy". The more labels food marketers can slap on the packaging, the more they sell.

Thanks. I used to know of a site that ran unbiased studies and released their results online. I *think* it was this one ( examine.com/ ) but it has been forever since I've seen it. It definitely claims to be unbiased, anyway.

While we're on the topic of 5x5 routines, I started one a few years back and some randoms at the gym said I should try doing more reps. I thought that defeated the purpose of a 5x5. Are 5x5's ineffective or something? Were they just some classic do-gooders trying to change other people's gym experiences?

I love when I eat the meal then go home to log it only to find that I somehow consumed 1,600 calories in the meal. I love bacon cheeseburgers with a fried egg on them (on occasion), but they are almost always 1,000+ calories. Then you add fries and maybe a beer... or two... It all adds up fast. I don't eat like this often…
