I've been using this app for a while, but only used the basics.. didn't realise you could motivate eachother.. this would be great!!

I do.. but more because I'm scared to see what I've eaten! I've had a few months off from logging food, but making myself start again.. I've put so much weight on, it's ridiculous! I'm struggling to find healthy but easy food to eat too... any recommendations?
