I do cardio (elliptical) 60 or more minutes 7 days a week. I do free weight / body weight workouts 3 - 4 days a week.

I usually get up around 6am, eat a light breakfast (250cal) and drink a pre workout. Then workout for 60 - 90 minutes. Workout is a mix of cardio, body weight and free weight exercises. After the workout I'm usually starving. I then drink a post workout protein shake to hold me over until around lunch. Working out first…

I weigh myself once a day. Usually right after I wake up. I use the Fitbit scale so it tracks itself via the Fitbit app then syncs with MFP.

I've been using the Fitbit Flex since February 2014. It seems to do a good job. It also monitors your sleep pattern as well. We also have a Fitbit Scale here at the house. Both devices sync great with MFP.

I workout at home. I use my iPad to watch Netflix or YouTube videos while I'm on the elliptical. I typically listen to music if I'm gonna lift weights or run. I've thought about getting a gym membership. I can't seem to find the time due to my work schedule.
