A great day. 15,000 steps, stayed within my calorie limit( just) and tracked everything. ⭐️ NSV: I am 59 years old and my husband is 61. Healthy eating and staying active is our top priority. We both play pickle ball and walk most days. We babysit our 3 young grandchildren a few times per week. My husband is super active…

Had a good start to the week with 14,000 steps; pickle ball and walking. Did not finish my tracking today as we had family visiting who also stayed over night. I am out of the winner's circle but staying strong with healthy choices and exercise for the rest of the month. @am_change and @pears734 We are not in the winner's…

Happy Easter everyone! Pass #3 @RangerRickL Perfect timing with the poster you posted today. I haven't had a great week even though I did lose .6 pounds. Looking forward to tomorrow (Monday) to refocus and be accountable.

A good day. Did lots of house cleaning this morning; a good workout. Ready for the Easter weekend. Tracked and stayed within my calorie limit. It's very cold out today. Expecting some snow flurries tomorrow.

@aeshippers Wow!! What an inspiring post.

@2020pinktogo Hang in there today!
-
@RangerRickL Wow! Best workout this year! Congratulations. You did a lot of skips with a "one pound jump rope". I can't imagine how fit one needs to be to do this.
-
@aeshippers A tough day at the office and getting sick is a hard combination. I am happy to hear that you rested in the evening(that's not being lazy that's looking after yourself). Smart girl!
-
@pheobelayla Very happy you shared with your family. Best solution. Now you can relax and enjoy the week with them. @am_change A Fitbit is awesome; 20,000 steps in no small accomplishment. A good day. A one hour walk with a friend. Stayed within my calorie limit and tracked.

@RangerRickL There's another quote that reminds me of what you posted today. " What you do every day is more important than what you do once in a while."
-
I felt super tired today but I still managed to do an hour walk this morning. Just barely stayed under my calorie limit. Tracked everything. When I feel tired, I think if I eat I will feel better. It just doesn't work!! Early to bed tonight.

Good to hear from so many of you today. Very motivating. I had a very nice one hour walk outside today. It was quite cool here but I love the crisp air when I walk. Stayed within my calorie limit and tracked everything. RangerRickL Thank-you for your great leadership.

A good day. A one hour brisk walk, within my calorie limit and tracked everything. A cool windy and cloudy day on the prairies. Still did my walk outside and vacuumed/cleaned my vehicle in our garage. I think I have the spring cleaning bug.

Saturday morning cartoons were a lifesaver when my 2 girls were growing up. The Muppet Babies, Care Bears and the Smurfs is what I remember them watching.

@pheobelayla Congratulations on your weight loss. No small accomplishment! I totally understand the stress you are about to face with these 2 family functions. A person does get tired of the "one step forward, two steps back" scenario. Been there too often. A new strategy I have recently learned about is "to be good to…

I agree with you Rick. When someone is out for a week or more due to some unfortunate circumstance, staying connected and giving our support is important. As for the winner's circle, I think it's a great idea. Something to reach for. If it is not attainable for this month because of personal circumstances, there's always…

A beautiful 21 degrees Celsius day here on the prairies. I did a 40 minute walk this morning and then a brisk one hour walk with a friend after supper. Love getting 2 walks in a day. Stayed within my calorie limit and tracked everything. @RangerRickL I love getting up in the morning and taking my time with my first cup of…

A big day of babysitting my 18 month old grandson and 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. I did go for a 45 minute walk after supper with one of my daughters. A beautiful spring evening. Stayed within my calorie limit( was hungry for chips so I had a few and then I felt satisfied). Tracked everything. Love this accountability.…

@pheobelayla and @aeshippers My thoughts are eat your exercise calories if and when you are hungry. Some days I am hungrier than other days. Listen to your body cues.
-
A good day. Played pickle ball for 45 minutes, did weights and stayed within my calorie limit. I drink a lot of hot water(always have). @am_change I also confuse thirst with hunger. @pheobelaya Your description of junk/ baked goods near your office reminds me of the evil doughnut bringer that most places of work have.
-
@pheobelaya A cool but sunny day here in Saskatoon. It was 12 degrees Celsius which makes walking outside very enjoyable. I must say I am not missing the heat that we experienced in Palm Springs.
-
@RangerRickL Thanks for posting the beautiful crocuses! Uplifting that spring is here.
-
Still recovering from our 1700 mile trip. I did manage a 40 min walk this morning, stayed within my calorie limit, and documented everything. A good day.
-
@RangerRickL Hi Rick, I posted yesterday in our hotel in Great Falls (so I thought). I know the internet wasn't working great so maybe that's why my post didn't work.
-
@karenleona Hope you feel better tomorrow. Sheesh, 3 days is a long time to not feel well!

Home from our 3 day drive from Palm Springs California. We live in Saskatoon Canada and left a month ago for a reprieve from the cold. We covered 1700 miles in 3 days. Sigh!! 1. Calories: a bit under (willpower goes down by the end of a long day in a car but I stayed within my calorie quota) Very happy about that!! 2.…

@aeskipper My husband and I visited New Zealand in January. Couldn't believe all the rebuilding that has been done and still needs to be done. A very devastating earthquake!!

Hi everyone, My name is Dolores and I am 59 years old. I have been retired from teaching for 6 years. I am a newbie to this group and I am looking forward to outer accountability. Thanks Rick for setting this up. You can count on me!
